XA5002 是一款高效率，高 PWM 開(kāi)關(guān)頻的DCDC 轉(zhuǎn)換器。芯片內(nèi)置有 5A，0.05ohm 功率開(kāi)關(guān)管，可以提供達(dá) 8.4V 的輸出電壓。芯片高達(dá)1MHz 的開(kāi)關(guān)頻率實(shí)現(xiàn)小的電感和電容，同時(shí)提供極好的動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)。芯片內(nèi)置有軟啟動(dòng)和環(huán)路補(bǔ)償，只需要很少的外部元器件實(shí)現(xiàn)開(kāi)關(guān)應(yīng)力的減小及系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性
