TCS97014是一款集成高邊側(cè)功率MOSFET的過壓保護(hù)芯片，具有可調(diào)的過壓保護(hù)(OVP)閾值電壓功能。當(dāng)檢測到輸入電壓超過過壓保護(hù)閾值電壓時，TCS97014 關(guān)閉高邊側(cè)場效應(yīng)管以保護(hù)后極負(fù)載。
